about

NOTE: This song is best listened to with headphones. However, if speakers are used, simply turn up the volume.

Welcome to the imaginary world of Amanita Mountain, where the forest floors are lush with the growth of amanita, psilocybin, and many other “poisonous” mushrooms. When properly and respectfully prepared and consumed, these fungi can create visions which transport you beyond your usual nighttime dreamscape. On Amanita Mountain, anything is possible: streams filled with wine, rocks are made of sugar, moss rich with calming chamomile, crystal waterfalls jolt with the ever-changing flavors of every condiment and extract you can imagine at your fingertips, and so many other tastes only your mind's eye can conceive of and prepare for your amazement and delight.

Imagine yourself at the top of the mythical and imaginary Amanita Mountain of a crystal clear night with billions of stars looking down upon you: look deep into multifarious galaxies, sense the rush of the mushrooms tingling your toes and every neurotransmitter in your brain. KABOOM! You sink into your journey amidst the whispers of a thousand Gods and Goddesses guiding you to some far-off planet where you live the life of luxury you have dreamed of since childhood. Gaze Deeper! Imagine the impossibilities! Comets and stars “falling” at any given moment, satellites drift across the sky’s horizon, galaxies of distant worlds appear as you look deep into the darkness above, your very own starship jets you from one distant planet to another, explore a meet-and-greet with other peaceful beings who can enrich your very existence!

These shifts in visual perception include visual acuity, contrasting colors, strange light phenomena such as auras or "halos" around light sources, rippling, breathing, morphing waves on surfaces of stationary objects, a sense of melting, flowing, oozing into into the environment, and light trails flowing behind moving objects. Sounds may seem to have increased clarity—music, for example, can take on a profound sense of cadence and depth. Some users experience synethesia, where they perceive a visualization of color upon hearing a particular sound. Anything is possible!!

Sounds include:
The burbling sound of the Rio Colca in Colca Canyon, Peru; 432hz composition called Crystal Meditation; four loop compositions; and the sound of a 1912 steam locomotive.
